D8.11 Analysis of the outcomes of the innovation management task - II - ABSTRACT

Aiming to explore and exploit the potential benefits posed by an efficient management of SHAREWORK innovation procedures, one specific task in the project was dedicated towards innovation management (task 8.2.1). Namely, the purpose of this task was to ensure that the project research activities and achievements were properly managed throughout the project. At the same time, the task aimed to advice and support participating SMEs in implementing successful innovation strategies beyond the project’s framework.

The innovation management task has been mainly carried out under the lead of EURECAT innovation experts.

The present deliverable describes all the activities conducted as part of the Innovation Management task during all the project, since month 1 to month 48. Concretely, we include a summary of the main activities consisting of the innovation diagnosis among consortium partners and the innovation workshops held during the project consortium meetings. The first section of this deliverable briefly introduces what is innovation management as well as the approach followed for the management of the task. This deliverable will contain the previous report carried out for D8.10 and also the extension of the report of all activities until month 48.
