D8.7 Plan use and dissemination of results (PUDR- II) - ABSTRACT
This Plan of Use and Dissemination of the results is an internal and confidential document dedicated to members of the SHAREWORK consortium. The content was built upon the insights and inputs provided by the whole consortium in order to gather and rationalise the
dissemination activities and to identify a list of the first key exploitable results of the ongoing project.
Firstly, it aims to present the potential methodology that has been used in exploitation activities to identify the key results that can be marketed. Currently, the key exploitable results have been identified and later evaluated in several interactive workshops held during the past GA consortium meetings using characterisation and prioritisation techniques. These results will be disseminated with the dedicated communication strategy. Targets, channels, formats, and timeline are presented in the Dissemination part of the PUDR.
Secondly, it presents an overview of the current identified results from the partners and a global strategy to cope with them. This Plan is the second among four (PUDR-I, PUDR-II, PUDR-III, Final PUDR) that will be published over the project duration. The first PUDR set up the basis in terms of potential exploitable results and strategy, and second PUDR-II has been built upon detailed evaluation of each exploitable result, provides details and fills the gaps step by step to improve the exploitation strategy and increase the granularity level of the information provided (IPR management, exploitation format, pricing strategy, …).
This document also compiles the dissemination activities done by partners from M1-M25 and the strategy for the 2021 including all partners’ planned activities: social media posts, promotional materials, press releases, scientific publications, the organization of workshops and training activities and attendance on strategic conferences, fairs, congresses and other events.
