Sharework has been showcased in the European Robotics Forum (ERF 2022) by Néstor Garcia, Technical Coordinator of the project and principal investigator of the Robotics and Automation Unit from Eurecat. The event was held from 28th-30th June in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
The presentation, titled as “Implementation of Human-Robot Collaborative systems”, gave an overview of the project and was delivered within the 9th Hybrid Production Systems workshop, a clustering event organised by Sharework partner Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems & Automation from the University of Patras alongside with other sister projects from the Factories-of-the-Future research cluster on Human-Robot-Interaction.
The primary objective of the workshops was the exchange of ideas and results between participating projects and the community at large and counted with an presentation of several project dealing with the same challenges.
The European Robotics Forum is the most influential meeting of the robotics community in Europe and it has covered all aspects and current themes related to the field of robotics. In the event, stakeholders from all over Europe came together to discuss how innovation in robotics and robotics-related AI can be accelerated.
