Sharework project coordinator Jesús Pablo González gave a presentation of the project during the workshop “AI, Planning and Robotics: Results and Future Challenges”, held within the European Robotics Forum (ERF 2019) on March 21. The workshop was organized by Sharework partner from the Consiglio Nazionale Delle Riserche (Italy) Andrea Orlandini, Alberto Finzi from Naples University, Marco Huber from IPA Fraunhofer and Sotris Makris from LMS Patras University.
During the event, project flyers were distributed among attendees. The coordinators from EU funded projects CoLLaboratE, ROSSINI and Sherlock also participated to the workshop presenting their projects.
This workshop was part of a series started since ERF17 whose aim is to create a common forum where researchers from both AI and Robotics communities can present results, discuss common interests and efforts, figure out shared challenges and expectations about future developments. The aim of the Workshop was to bridge the gap between researchers and practitioners in AI & Robotics, pushing recent technological advancements out of laboratories and deploying a new generation of Intelligent Robots.
