Sharework project has been presented during the 1st Standardisation workshop organised virtually by the ROSSINI European project last June 24th. The workshop was focused on the topic of “Standards about safe interaction and their applications within the projects of the Hybrid Production System Cluster”.
The ROSSINI project has the objective to develop a disruptive, inherently safe hardware-software platform for the design and deployment of Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) applications in manufacturing.
Amanda Suo, Sharework partner from UNE – the Spanish Association for Standardisation, participated in the session and took this opportunity to present the main standardisation activities done within the project and the future activities planned for developing new standard about safety and security requirements in the field of HRC.
The workshop also counted with the presentation of COVR Project and its standardisation and validation tools in the field of HRC; as well as the ROSSINI project which is developing a method for assessing transient contact.
UNE is a non-profit-making, private independent and multisector organisation aimed to help improve the quality of competitiveness of companies.
