Sharework partners have met in CNR’s facilities in Rome on October 22-23 for the project’s 2nd General Assembly Meeting.
During the meeting, partners have reviewed the work done during the past months and set up the next steps for the development of a software and hardware integrated solution for an effective and safe implementation of human-robot collaboration in the industry.
The visit also included a tour to CNR’s labs. CNR is contributing to the project through the activity of two institutes: the Institute of Intelligent Industrial Systems and Technologies for Advanced Manufacturing (STIIMA), specialised in production systems for applications such as factory automation and robotics, mechatronics and industrial robotics and the Institute for Cognitive Science and Technology (ISTC), a leading institute for cognitive science, cognitive technology and artificial intelligence.
